    HUB PROJECT
    FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS

Basically the idea of our HUB Project was to incorporate all of the available functionss in the brief:
    Mainly turn the following functions:
    -Homework
    -Creative Performance
    -Play
    -Meeting
    -Shelter
All into a multifunctional enclosed space.

Our idea is to basically ass a Meeting Space where the Homework/ Creative performance and Play would become the shelter.

My Idea is Similar: Although, I have chosen only one FUNCTION.
-I have decided to create a sapce with the "Creative Performance" as the main function, where indirectly it becomes many other functions. For example, the other that were listed: and others that weren't listed such as:

    -Eating
    -Learning
    -Teaching
    -Studying

If we think about it words "Creative Performance", immediately are broad, and have many meanings, opportunities, ideas, views, elements and possibilities around it; giving us a place to start.
By creating a simple brainstorm and using words only, I can "conclude" that " Creative Performance" is Multi Directional, when it comes to creating a space, it automatically becomes_ Multifunctional.

    TECHNOLOGICAL
    ANALYSIS

    (See Drawings/Sketches above)

My idea is to possibly "play" around with gum poles joined together.
They not only could be used as structure or wall, but also as flooring. It could be very stable, accessible and economic if well used.
The product range and dimensions varies from a 1.2m up to 14m treated gum pole. Diameter varies from a 20mm to 220mm.
The properties of this material allows the user/builder to manipulate the project into many shapes/forms.
In this example, plywood boards could be used to create a space (see images above).
