PROJECT 1 (Feb/ MArch)

PROCESS OF COPNOR ROAD PROJECT

In this project, our aim is to convert an abandoned Fire Station in into a Care Home.
I have been modeling up this building on REVIT for the past month, drawings on CAD where done by Mr. Julian Boswell(my Boss), it has been altered several times, and decisions are still to be made.
Its not finished yet, but we're getting somewhere.

PROJECT 3- Malwood Walkhouse (March/April)

A Beautiful House from the 1920's, based on the Arts & Crafts style, where my Boss was assigned to design extentions and recreate better conditions in the house has it is quite old.
My job was to analise the condition of the materials including brickwork and timber(Oak) and the water pipes and electricals.
Afterwards, I was assigned to design the model on Revit. Please see them on the images bellow.

PROJECT 4- Steeple Langford (May/June)

I have been very busy with this project for the past month and a half, it has been changed many times. Types of material, floor plans, roof pitch, etc.
But I finished the job and my Boss is very happy with it, and  recently the following images have been sent to the client and we are waiting for his reply.

PROJECT 5- Tendring(June/August)

For this project, initially I was assigned to create a site. But recently I will have to model up (REVIT) the changes on the building. It is a care home in the UK (cannot specify full details of site).
Its not finished yet so I have uploaded the process.

PROJECT 6- White Horse (July)

For this project I was entitled to redraw the boundary walls. Ideally, the design is created with a "Hooped" Design on The Eastern and Southern Elevations and Adjoining King Brickwall Design with Railing with "Blunt Points", on the Northern and Western Elevations.
I also was assigned to make the planning application, currently awaiting for approval.
The Following attachements bellow, show the elevations with the boundary walls and elevations without the boundary walls. The final images are the Plan and Site Plan.

PROJECT 7- Merton(July/August)

For this project I was entitled to place the furniture, water services, radiators following the specifiations of the HQI.

Afterwards, I had to place and draw (on Revit) the boundary rail/wails design by Mr Boswell (my Boss).

PROJECT 8- Manor Stables(June/July/August)

For this project my objective was to draw up a carport. My Boss designed the carport (gave a rough skecth) and I drew it up on AutoCad and Revit.
The design comprises of wire cables that substitute the usual trusses of a 27 degree pitched roof (ideally with no ceiling).

Basically the three cables are connected to a ring in the center of the pitch creating a friction which is the result suport of the structure.

PROJECT 9- Church Lane(June/July/August)

Finished adding changes on the project, by changing a few materials, moving walls, adding windows and editing topography (Revit).
Create views and Photoshop the images on site photos ready to be sent to Boss and Client.

PROJECT 10- Sondes(September)

With the cooperation of my coleague, we were assigned to develop a scheme for this project. We had the site plan with a quick ground floor plan and first floor plan.

In the images you will see the existing house plus the new scheme, not yet final, it may change once my Boss aproves it.
